How to Apply Puzzle Piece Adhesive

Flip your mat over so the top side is laying face-down on a clean, flat surface.
Using warm water and a soft cloth, wipe down the back side of the mat to clear any dirt or dust. It is important that the adhesive strips are applied to a clean and dry surface.
Firmly press the puzzle sections together so the seams are tight.
Lay the adhesive strip along the seam to ensure proper alignment. The tape should be 1” away from the edges of your mat. Using a pencil or marker, you may also mark where the tape should lay as a guide.
Starting at one end of the tape, gently peel the backing off, exposing about 1/4 of the adhesive. Place the sticky side down on the mat.
Slowly peeling the backing off as you go, continue to gently press the adhesive down along the seam, following your guides.
Once completely in place, press the tape down completely so it is even and smooth.
Your mat can now be flipped back over. The puzzle seam should be flush and secure.
